The Performing Arts Center at Garrett College is located on the campus of Garrett College, located in McHenry, MD, central to the Deep Creek Lake four-season resort area. Nestled within the Appalachian Mountains of Maryland, you will find the stunning destination that is Garrett County, Maryland. Garrett County makes a wonderful location for visitors, being only a few hours from several major cities in multiple states.
The Performing Arts Center will not only be an ideal location for any organization wanting to produce a dance, theater, or music production in Garrett County, the venue itself (along with the Garrett County area) is the perfect setting for hosting large-scale company events and conferences, including weddings.
The Performing Arts Center will also address the critical needs of the five community partners in bringing both cultural programming and arts education to the Garrett County and surrounding area.
A 26,270-square-foot facility, the Performing Arts Center at Garrett College lends itself as the perfect setting for a variety of events, including an intimate play, symphony, or orchestra, large- scale corporate gatherings, or weddings. Whether your event requires use of our main proscenium theater, main lobby, or utilizing our sub-dividable multipurpose room, we are happy to assist.
